Consultant at Dillingham, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission. You'll need a deep understanding of employee benefits, wellness, and various insurance products including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and work site benefits. Your responsibilities will encompass active prospecting, new business generation, understanding compliance requirements, and ensuring exceptional service levels for existing clients. What We're Looking For:

• A genuine willingness to learn, coupled with intuition, resourcefulness, and coachability.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
• A commitment to staying abreast of the ever-evolving landscape of employee benefits rules and regulations.
• Minimum three years of experience in employee benefits sales.
