Overview We are seeking an experienced Roofing, Construction, or other adjacent industry sales professional to fill the role of Outside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organized, passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and excel at setting and meeting goals. Responsibilities - Conduct cold calls to potential customers, door knocking, and schedule sales appointments with enthusiasm, daily. -Generate leads and find new customers - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals to follow up for review - Implement sales strategies to drive business growth provided by management team - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients - Submit weekly sales reports documenting efforts and utilize admin for the input of your leads, contacts etc. - Up-sell ability from repairs to re-roofs - Collaborate with the administrative & production team daily Experience - Proven experience in sales in the roofing industry (or a similar industry, at minimum) - Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques - Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and meet metrics - Experience in selling commercial/residential/Industrial service repairs If you are a motivated individual with a talent for sales and a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding expectations , we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Outside Sales Representative.
