As we embark on a new era of expansion, we're seeking a leader to help us increase our revenue goals and position us as a leader in the salon furnishing industry. Position Overview: As the VP of Sales, Ecommerce and Marketing , you will develop a revenue strategy and take lead in the execution of the strategy for each of our respective channels; wholesale, marketplace, ecommerce and retail showroom. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies for each of our 4 channels to increase market share * Oversee and optimize all revenue-generating activities, including sales, marketing, and customer success departments * Analyze salon furnishing, equipment trends as well as customer behavior to identify new business opportunities in distribution and ecommerce sales * Manage and build up relationships with key salon chains, schools, educators, distributors, and ecommerce partners * Develop pricing strategies to maximize revenues while maintaining competitiveness in each of our market channels * Optimize supply chain efficiency to improve profit margins and customer satisfaction for our products and service. * Lead negotiations for major distribution deals and contracts with beauty retailers, salon chains, schools and distributors * Collaborate with the product team to ensure our product offerings meet industry demands and ecommerce trends * Implement data-driven sales forecasting and pipeline management systems for both distribution and online channels Qualifications: * Good sense of humor with the ability to diffuse a difficult situation with humor * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred * 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, with a focus on distribution, marketing and ecommerce * Proven track record of driving revenue growth in wholesale distribution, ecommerce and retail sales * Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and ecommerce logistics * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions * Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire a team of individuals seeking growth and leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. * Experience and business knowledge in salon furnishing industry is a huge plus.
