Job Overview We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will work independently in the field to promote our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of their local market. Duties * Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Use CRM to track sales activities and manage customer relationships. * Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue. Skills * Proven experience in B2B sales or direct sales environments. * Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Experience in technical sales or technology sales is a plus. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits. * Excellent time management skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.
