Full description of the position
Role Overview: We are looking to hire a full-time salesperson for the Petro Outlet suite of Software Companies (Petro Outlet, SuperSonic POS, and SuperSonic Pay). Petro Outlet is a software company that provides point-of-sale systems, credit card processing, back-office solutions, gas station loss prevention cameras, loyalty programs, and more! You will work 5 days in the office. Every day offers unique challenges, and we foster a fun and exciting work environment with excellent career progression opportunities! We will teach all the necessary processes/systems, most important is a willingness to learn, patience & understanding for business owner customers of various backgrounds, excellent written & spoken communication skills, interpersonal communication, and being computer savvy. Each appointment made by a salesperson where the merchant shows up will receive a bonus alongside the normal hourly pay. Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurants, retail stores, and other businesses to introduce Supersonic POS solutions. * Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their current POS setup and business needs. * Clearly communicate the benefits of Supersonic POS over competitors, addressing objections effectively. * Follow a structured sales script while personalizing conversations to engage decision-makers. * Maintain a pipeline of leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building efforts. * Accurately log call activity, customer insights, and progress in the CRM system. * Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new features in the POS market. * Provide feedback on customer pain points and objections to help improve sales messaging and product development. Qualifications: * Exceptional communication, typing, oral, and soft skills. * Patience and understanding for customers of various backgrounds. * Basic to intermediate skills in sales, cold-calls, and Microsoft Excel. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Detailed experience of how to work on the specific systems in operation is unnecessary, we will teach how to use our specific systems since many are proprietary and not something expected for you to have knowledge of. What is most important is motivation, willingness to learn, patience and a healthy attitude towards working with our customer base.
