We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Leasing Professional to join our team for our established property in West Chester, PA. Job Summary: The Leasing Professional is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the community's exceptional lifestyle, resident retention and prospect conversion objectives are achieved and consistent with the brand and level of quality of a Hankin Apartments Community. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and leasing plan to achieve optimal occupancy and rental income goals. Outreach marketing required. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns. * Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize pricing and leasing strategies. * Ensure an exceptional customer experience through outstanding customer service and resident retention initiatives. * Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and objectives. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing reports and records. Requirements: * 1+ years of experience as a Leasing Professional * Strong marketing and leasing acumen with excellent negotiation skills. * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in Yardi Voyager or similar property management software.
