Job Overview Local family-owned business seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively and drive business growth. This role involves both account management with a pre- existing base, and outside sales focusing on building relationships with clients and providing exceptional product demonstrations. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand the customer base. * Engage in B2B sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. * Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to help shape product development. * Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our products and services. Experience * Proven experience in retail sales, technology sales, or inside/outside sales roles is preferred. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and market dynamics. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
