Overview

Local family-owned business seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively and drive business growth. This role involves both account management with a pre- existing base, and outside sales focusing on building relationships with clients and providing exceptional product demonstrations.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand the customer base.
• Engage in B2B sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to help shape product development.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our products and services. Experience
• Proven experience in retail sales, technology sales, or inside/outside sales roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
