Job Overview This is a temporary, full-time position working on-site in Omaha, NE. Approximate timeframe of this position is June 2, 2025 - October 31, 2025 with working hours Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Our Vaccination Event Account Manager is directly responsible for managing the implementation and overall operations of client vaccination events. Responsibilities * Serve as a liaison between the client and TotalWellness nursing, scheduling, and logistics departments. * Gather requested event dates and times from clients. * Enter event details into the TotalWellness Scheduling system. * Verify data accuracy. * Setup online registration for events. * Field client inquiries. * Create client utilization reports. Requirements * Proven experience in account management or a similar role * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: * Omaha, NE 68127 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
