Summary As a Leasing Consultant at Gaines Investment Trust, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents while managing leasing processes. This position is essential for helping us maintain our commitment to creating a welcoming community for over 13,000 residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with inquiries and provide information about available apartments.
• Conduct property tours and showcase the features of the community.
• Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring a smooth experience for residents.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions.
• Collaborate with the property management team to address resident needs and concerns promptly.
• Implement upselling techniques to promote additional services or upgrades to residents.
• Stay informed about local rental market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in leasing is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others find their ideal home.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
