Position Summary: The Appointment Setter plays a critical role in our sales process by reaching out to potential clients and identifying those interested in learning more about our health insurance offerings. This position involves making initial contact, building rapport, and determining interest before scheduling appointments for our sales team to follow up. Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our health insurance solutions. * Engage prospects to gauge their interest and identify their needs in a friendly, professional manner. * Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. * Keep accurate and detailed records of calls and client information in our CRM system. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless transition from prospecting to sales. Qualifications: * No prior experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate. * Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a similar role. * Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, personable approach. * Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Basic knowledge of health insurance or a willingness to learn about the industry. * Experience with CRM software or an ability to learn new software quickly.
