This position starts with an hourly pay structure during the first 90 days, with the opportunity to transition to a full uncapped commission-based compensation model as you develop expertise and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities: * Generate sales and build client relationships through proactive outbound calling. * Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads and nurture relationships. * Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking. * Maintain and update the CRM system (Hubspot) to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities. * Support senior team members in managing client relationships and closing deals. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development strategies with promotional campaigns. * Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. * Must be willing/ able to travel for trade shows and other events. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent is required * Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, is a plus. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. * Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with CRM tools (Specifically HubSpot) is a must. * Experience in the cannabis industry and/ or knowledge of edible manufacturing is highly desirable.
