Our talented and hardworking team spans engineering, data science, product development, and regulatory intelligence. We are building a new type of regulatory intelligence platform using AI-driven workflows that enable Regulatory Affairs teams to work faster and more accurately when developing new clinical trial and regulatory filing strategies About the role: Catalytic Data Science is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, well-organized team player to join our Go-to-Market team. As an Informatics Solution Specialist, you will drive outreach to various roles that contribute to Preclinical Research, Clinical Development, and Regulatory Affairs at leading biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. You will learn how to use Catalytic's AI-Powered Platform and demo our solutions to new prospects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has strong verbal and written communication skills, is coachable, professional, and has a passion for success. Responsibilities: The Informatics Solution Specialist will work in Catalytic's Sales Organization and participate in cross-functional projects. Responsibilities include: * Lead Generation and Prospecting * Customer Engagement and Relationship Building * Follow-up and Customer Success Support * Product Demos * Track and Update Sales Activity in Our CRM * Provide Feedback to Product Team Regarding Customer Pain Points * Partner With Customer Success Team to Ensure Smooth Onboarding of New Customers * Collaborate With Marketing to Align on Outreach Campaign Messaging Requirements: * BA or BS in biological sciences or a related field * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to learn and explain technical products or software solutions. * Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. * Self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Problem-solving and active listening skills to understand customer needs.
