CRJ Heavy Trucks is seeking skilled individuals that are passionate regarding their personal career growth and dedicated to raising the customer satisfaction levels of our dealership. Salary and commissions: $500 per week is the base salary plus 2% of the price of the truck sells in commissions. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm (1 hr lunch) Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (45 min lunch) Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain customer relationships in the heavy truck industry * Utilize CRM systems to track sales opportunities and manage client interactions * Must speak fluent English (Spanish is a plus) * Create targeted sales presentations for truck parts and equipment * Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic outreach * Generate your own leads while working with provided ones. * Answer and handle sales calls with professionalism and knowledge about the industry. * Notifies Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts that need immediate attention. * Keeps orderly records of all orders, invoices, etc. * Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up. * Participates in all training programs that are made available. Qualifications: * Background in the heavy trucks industry is a must! * Professional Appearance * Positive & Friendly Attitude * Very well developed interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of CRM and marketing, data entry and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Must have a Valid Driver's License * Notifies Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts that need immediate attention. * Keeps orderly records of all orders, invoices, etc. * Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up. * Participates in all training programs that are made available. * Maintains professional appearance. * Must have decent math skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages; ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Team player attitude with ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds. Sells a variety of trucks, over the phone and at company's site. Provides top- notch assistance to customers. Tracks inventory.
