Job Description Legion Solar Power is seeking a motivated, energetic Field Sales Manager to lead and grow our high-performing Door-to-Door (D2D) sales team focused on helping homeowners make clean, smart energy choices. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of D2D Energy Advisors, driving lead generation and sales activities in targeted residential areas, and ensuring your team hits performance goals. You'll benefit from hourly base pay, team overrides, and personal commissions -- giving you real financial growth opportunities while making a positive environmental impact. Key Responsibilities * Recruit, train, and mentor a team of D2D Energy Advisors * Lead daily team meetings, sales trainings, and field canvassing activities * Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics * Provide ongoing field coaching, development, and motivation * Generate personal sales leads by knocking and working alongside your team * Represent Sun Equity's mission and values with professionalism and enthusiasm * Ensure quality standards and compliance are maintained in all customer interactions Compensation Package * Hourly Base Pay (steady income + stability) * Team Overrides (earn based on your team's production) * Personal Sales Commissions (uncapped earnings potential) * Performance Bonuses (monthly and quarterly incentives) * Advancement Opportunities (we promote from within!)
