In this role, you will oversee the sales operations of our pre-owned vehicle department, ensuring sales goals are met, inventory is well-maintained, and customers receive exceptional service. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the automotive industry, strong managerial skills, and a passion for pre-owned vehicles.

• Pay Rates Starting at $250,000 per year

Responsibilities

Include:

• Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Managing inventory levels to maintain a diverse and appealing selection of pre-owned vehicles.
• Overseeing the appraisal, acquisition, and reconditioning processes.
• Training, motivating, and mentoring the sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring market trends and adjusting inventory and pricing strategies accordingly.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Preparing and presenting regular reports on department performance to senior management.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, including management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability in a pre-owned vehicle department.
• Strong leadership and team management skills +Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of pre-owned vehicle market trends and inventory management.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and CRM systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year
