JJob Description Position Title: Direct Sales Reports To: Director of Sales Principal Duties and Responsibilities * Serves as the first point of contact for Sapphire Resorts Sales Experience. * Conducts 120-minute sales presentation for pre-qualified customers. * Must be welcoming and provide a professional first impression of Sapphire Resorts. * Responsible for maintaining production at or above minimum performance standards. General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity. Job Requirements Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience: * High School diploma/GED referred. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: * 1 to 3 years of sales or experience is preferred, not required. * Ability to maintain production standards. * Ability to handle and overcome objections. * Must be energetic and outgoing. Shift: Weekends and holidays are required * Regular Hours and Weekends Travel: * Must be able to commute to different locations.
