Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Training Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and preferably a passion for fitness and a strong ability to engage with clients in a personal setting. As a Sales & Training Consultant , you will play a crucial role in enhancing the potential future progress for our clients. This is a Sales position.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by offering services in a professional and thoughtful manner and building value before client even understands the service.
• Demonstrate the effectiveness and value of our services to potential clients.
• Utilize our p.o.s, contract, and scheduling system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, ensuring potential clients will feel comfortable.
• Assist customers with their purchases, providing recommendations and changes based on their needs.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and enhance overall facility performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales is heavily preferred/nearly required, however we are willing to train an exceptional candidate. Additional consideration given to those with sales experience within the fitness industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems and contracts is desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic understanding of fitness preferred, but again we are willing to train exceptional candidates.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage time and workload.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
