Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to connect with customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your assigned territory, utilizing Salesforce software to track leads and opportunities, and driving sales through various channels including retail and direct sales. Your expertise in upselling and territory management will be essential in achieving our sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Manage and develop relationships with clients within your designated territory. * Utilize Salesforce software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress. * Identify market trends and customer needs to effectively position products and services. * Engage in retail sales activities, providing exceptional customer service to enhance the buying experience. * Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from each customer interaction. * Conduct inside sales efforts through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate leads and close deals. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks. * Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that drive overall sales performance. Skills * Proven experience in direct sales or inside sales roles is preferred. * Proficiency in Salesforce software for managing leads and tracking performance metrics. * Strong understanding of territory management principles to optimize market coverage. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Ability to analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of customer behavior in a retail environment. * Strong upselling skills that contribute to increased revenue generation. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
