We're hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You'll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team's revenue to meet sales goals. If you have a proven track record of sales success and a love for persuading people, apply now!Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 at plan yearly Responsibilities: * Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data * Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication * Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met * Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client's needs are met * Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal * Work a scheduled 40-hour work week to prospect, clients, * Attend training/coaching sessions * Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks Qualifications: * Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills * At least one year of experience as a sales representative * High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred * Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software * Effective written and verbal communication * Excellent phone skills- strong closer to setting appointments * Comfortable memorizing and delivering call scripts * Excellent Customer service and listening abilities * Strong relationship-building know-how * Highly-organized and detail-oriented * Able to meet and exceed goals * Must be proficient with computers and be able to effectively work with spreadsheets and client management software About Company We are a large real estate team!
