This Counter/Inside Sales Associate position is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact with a growing, but stable, 100% employee-owned company. This position places a high emphasis on customer service and will occasionally help in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess: * The ability to provide assistance to walk-in and telephone customers with sales and product questions. * One to three (1-3) years of customer service or inside sales experience. * Experience in the flooring industry is helpful. * Ability to load and unload materials on/off delivery trucks; ability to assist in the warehouse as needed. * Ability to receive and enter orders, resolve challenges, track orders and shipment status, process returns. * Ability to maintain a clean and organized stock showroom and counter area. * Ability to pick and stage customer orders. * Able to lift up to 80 pounds.
