Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Consultant to join our Company's dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through professional sales techniques and exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities: Run assigned appointments with potential customers Maintain proper KPIs ( close rate, appointments ran, sales, etc) Inspect property for potential damage Conduct on-site residential and commercial roof inspections and assessments Take necessary measurements to be able to accurately estimate project cost Keep up to date with product offerings and installation methods Create renderings of exterior projects to aid customers in their selections. Collect siding and roofing samples from client houses when needed for identification and matching purposes Meet on site with insurance adjusters Follow up with potential clients to close the sale Collect down payment checks from clients and turn into home office staff. Actively seek self-generated lead opportunities Follow up with customers to procure referrals and reviews Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals Key Qualifications: Proven organizational skills, including time management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong networking ability, hunter mentality to generate own leads above what is provided by company Ability to work efficiently in multiple computer applications Ability to thrive in a team environment Self starter with ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision Attention to detail Knowledge of exterior building products, installation methods, and code Knowledge of insurance process and how to assess damage in storm areas Strong ability to ask for business and close deals with potential clients Ability to drive up to 50 miles around the greater metropolitan area What We Offer: Competitive salary - 10% of gross sales Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and 401K plans.
