We are in search of top talent who are passionate about a career in luxury fashion retail. We are hiring Luxury Sales Associates for our flagship location in Philadelphia. We are seeking candidates who are experienced in selling luxury womenswear or luxury menswear. We offer a competitive commission structure with bonus opportunities throughout the year; new sales associates have the ability to earn a starting salary of $75,000. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Be skilled at asking appropriate questions to identify a client's needs, build the sale and provide assistance and knowledge on products and brands
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge
• Achieve personal and department sales goals, often exceeding beyond your goal
• "Go the extra mile" to drive sales and retention
• Clientele to new and current clients (reach out, follow ups, etc.) to build productive trust relationships with clients
• Strategize own business and be selfmotivated; take initiative to increase individual productivity through selling and strong client relationships
• Utilize social media to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up as necessary

Qualifications

:

• Previous selling experience in a luxury clothing retail establishment, at least 3 years, preferably in the men's department
• Desired background in commission-based luxury sales
• Established client relationships is preferred
• Extensive understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
