Our Service Division is expanding, and we are hiring a Corporate Account Manager based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Job Overview The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the delivery of service-focused roofing solutions. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in commercial property sales who are looking to transition into the roofing industry. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property managers, building owners, engineers, and general contractors. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial roofing service market. * Assess client needs and provide tailored service recommendations. * Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations. * Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity. Qualifications * Experience in commercial property sales, account management, or a related field (experience in roofing, construction, or service industries preferred). * Strong existing network within the commercial property management or real estate sector. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
