South Carolina Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Financial Sales Representative to join our team of outstanding professionals at our East Cooper*Financial Center* in Mt. Pleasant , SC. As a Financial Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and offer financial products and services that meet the customers' needs. As a*Financial Sales*Representative, a typical day might look like this: * Collaborate with team members during the morning huddle and discuss sales goals for the day. * Greet and develop rapport with members who enter the financial center or call on the telephone. * Answer a member's question about the auto loan application process. * Ask a member open-ended questions about their financial goals and recommend products and services based on their needs. * Follow up with a member who recently opened an account. * Chat briefly with your manager to discuss wins, challenges and progress on sales goals. * Call members to share a new promotion for which they may qualify.
