Our work environment includes: Company sponsored travel On-the-job training Competitive pay Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management - Conduct direct to home and IN-home sales to generate leads and drive business development - Canvassing and scheduling customer consultations - Utilize Salesrabbit or similar CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and monitor sales performance - Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical sales support and ensure customer satisfaction - Work evening shift and weekends Experience: - Sales or service industry experience preferred. - "Earn while you Learn" two week training program for exceptional candidates with no prior sales experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets This Sales Representative position offers a competitive commission structure, along with the opportunity for career growth within our organization.
