Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right appliances, providing product knowledge, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. You will help drive sales, meet targets, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the store * Assist customers in identifying their appliance needs and recommend suitable products * Provide detailed product information, including features, warranties, promotions, and discounts * Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and industry trends * Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system * Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, displays, and inventory * Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently * Assist with receiving, tagging, and stocking new inventory * Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals * Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets and maintain high customer satisfaction * Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor degree preferred * Prior retail sales experience, preferably in appliances, electronics, or home goods * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment * Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with moving large appliances when needed * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays * A positive attitude and a team player mindset Benefits: * Competitive hourly wage plus commission * Employee discounts on appliances and other store products * Opportunities for growth and advancement * On-the-job training provided Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour Shift: * 8 hour shift Location: * Oxnard, CA 93035 (Required) Ability to Commute: * Oxnard, CA 93035 (Required) Work Location: In person
