Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and exceeding sales goals. Your primary duties will include engaging with customers, offering product expertise, and ensuring a positive shopping experience that reflects our brand's commitment to quality and service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and well organized showroom, promoting special offers, and contributing to store growth by building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence : Provide personalized and attentive service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
• Sales Achievement : Proactively drive sales by engaging customers, identifying their needs, and recommending the right furniture solutions to meet those needs. Set and exceed personal sales goals to contribute to overall store performance.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, including furniture features, materials, and design trends. Use this knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Relationship Building : Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals. Follow up on leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with fellow team members and management to meet or exceed store goals and objectives. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve performance. Key

Requirements

:

• Proven Sales Experience : Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home goods, is highly preferred but not required. A strong passion for sales and customer service is essential.
• Exceptional Communication Skills : Ability to engage customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, both in-person and over the phone.
• Customer-Centric Attitude : A positive, friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to help customers make purchasing decisions that will best suit their needs.
• Goal-Oriented : Driven to meet and exceed sales goals, with a focus on achieving personal and team success.
