Sales Development Representative (Remote, Raleigh-Durham Based) - Ecofi Cleaning Company Pay: $15/hour + Commission Opportunities Hours: 20 hours per week (Part-Time, Flexible Scheduling) Location: Remote (Must live within 50 miles of Raleigh-Durham, NC) About Ecofi Cleaning Company Ecofi Cleaning Company is a fast-growing, North Carolina-based commercial cleaning provider, specializing in medical offices, commercial facilities, and professional environments. Built on excellence, reliability, and integrity, we're expanding across the Triangle -- and we're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our next phase of growth.

Position Summary

We are seeking a driven, organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads, set appointments, and fuel our sales pipeline. This is a remote , part-time role -- but you must be located within 50 miles of Raleigh-Durham, NC to support local market growth. This role offers a base hourly wage plus commission bonuses based on performance -- ideal for someone looking to grow their sales career while working remotely and flexibly.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective business clients
• Generate and qualify leads through research, cold outreach, and relationship-building
• Set appointments for senior sales representatives
• Accurately track outreach and lead status in CRM tools
• Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, emails, and appointments
• Represent Ecofi Cleaning Company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and problem-solving energy

Qualifications

• Must live within 50 miles of Raleigh-Durham, NC (required)
• 1+ years of sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and organized
• Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and basic technology
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $15/hour
• Commission Bonuses: Additional pay for each appointment that converts into a signed client
• Pay Frequency: Biweekly via direct deposit
