The Role As a Sales Associate , you're more than just a frontline team member-- you're a connector, a motivator, and a key player in shaping our studio's success. Your focus will be on converting new leads into loyal members , supporting current members , and representing the Club Pilates brand throughout Ventura. Whether you're speaking with someone new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, your mission is to make them feel at home, heard, and excited about their wellness journey. What You 'll Be Doing

• Represent Club Pilates Ventura in studio and at local events to promote our mission and offerings.
• Connect with prospective members via phone, email, text, and in-person to share the value of Pilates and our membership options.
• Conduct personalized studio tours to highlight how our classes and instructors can support individual goals.
• Book appointments, follow up with leads, and achieve monthly sales targets with enthusiasm and integrity.
• Foster lasting relationships with current members by delivering top-notch customer service and resolving issues quickly.
• Attend and represent Club Pilates at Ventura-based community events (e.g., wellness expos, festivals, local markets).
• Handle studio inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth.
• Collaborate with the studio team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and meet studio goals. What We 're Looking For
• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness--bonus points for Pilates enthusiasm!
• Sales or customer service experience required; fitness industry experience a plus.
• Charismatic, upbeat, and genuinely enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and over the phone).
• Organized, dependable, and results-driven.
• Confident in using or learning CRM systems (Club Ready experience is a plus).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and access to reliable transportation. Perks &
