In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships within the cannabis sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and the ability to lead negotiations effectively. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. WE ARE NOT A NEW COMPANY! Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the market. * Utilize a CRM to manage accounts, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics. * Engage in cold/warm calling efforts to generate leads and follow up on potential opportunities. * Lead negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with client requirements. Qualifications * Proven experience in over the phone sales or sales is highly desirable but NOT REQUIRED. * Proficient in using CRM software for account management and reporting. * Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decision-making. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
