In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and promoting our diverse inventory of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features to potential buyers, highlighting benefits.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve dealership performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to foster long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
