Do you want to earn $7,000 - $12,000 per month, and or $75,000 - $150,000 per year in commissions, on top of a guaranteed hourly base. Key Responsibilities: Actively engage with tourists and locals on the Las Vegas Strip, promoting and selling tickets for a variety of shows, concerts, tours, and events. Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalized recommendations to enhance the Las Vegas experience for each individual. Process transactions quickly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless access to events. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Las Vegas entertainment offerings, including show schedules, venue information, and special events. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment. Be available to work flexible shifts, including days, weekends, major events, and holidays, to meet the needs of our business and customers. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in a face-to-face environment. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required to complete all sales transactions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with a diverse range of individuals. Bilingual is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A proactive, results-driven attitude, with a commitment to achieving sales targets. Knowledge of the Las Vegas entertainment scene is a plus. Work conditions may include a smoky environment, working evening shifts, or working outside in various extreme noise and/or weather conditions.
