Full description of the position

Title: Account Manager Department: Client Management Location: New York General Summary: The Account Manager's role is to successfully manage the relationships and interactions of the company`s clients. The essential job functions are to identify accounts needs, maintain development of services, anticipate potential problems, resolve any issues or concerns, and identify opportunities for additional revenue from existing clients. The Account Manager will work closely with the sales team, service delivery, and operations to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Essential Functions

: Client management Manage and monitor all account activity Ensure client satisfaction and that expectations are met Constant client communication, status updates and meetings Management reporting

• Day to day conflict resolution Needs identification and analysis IT Solution creation, costing and proposal generation Proposal presentation Pipeline development and sales forecasting
• Contract negotiation and renewals Knowledge & Attributes: Exceptional understanding of organizational objectives Understanding of client IT environment and client IT needs Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and inter-personal skill
• Team player with a positive attitude, who can also work independently and set own priorities and tasks Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks

Working Conditions

: The employee is full-time and expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 per year
