Customer Service and Sales Representative - Weekly pay with an Immediate Start! Customer Service and Sales Representative Job Summary: As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in person, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Sales Representative: * Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome customers as they approach the event space, provide friendly and courteous assistance, and offer guidance on products/services. * Respond to Inquiries: Listen actively to customer inquiries, provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions. * Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner, finding suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. * Process Transactions: This is all completed digitally and includes the collection of new customer date, including sensitive information so discretion is needed at all times. * Maintain Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the customer service area, including displays, merchandise, and customer waiting areas. * Promote Products and Services: Actively promote new products, services, or promotions to customers, suggesting additional items based on their needs and preferences. * Educate Customers: Provide information to customers about product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their understanding and satisfaction. * Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and provide support during peak periods or special events. * Adhere to Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times to ensure compliance and uphold the company's standards of service excellence. This opportunity offers training and on-site support while learning the ropes. You'll then be expected to initiate conversations, answer questions, and provide support while also aiming to acquire new customers!
