Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with at least 2 years of experience in janitorial supply sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence by providing high-quality janitorial and cleaning solutions to businesses. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, strong product knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients in a B2B environment. Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in janitorial supply sales. * Manage an assigned territory by identifying potential clients, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding business opportunities. * Conduct product demonstrations and training to educate customers on the benefits of our cleaning solutions. * Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Engage in direct sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and on-site client visits. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, recommending the right products, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. * Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with customer needs. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments to better serve clients. * Analyze sales data to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed. Experience & Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in janitorial supply sales (B2B preferred). * Strong territory management and business development skills. * Knowledge of janitorial supplies, cleaning products, and sanitation best practices is required. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. * Ability to analyze market trends and utilize insights for strategic decision-making. * A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
