Position Summary : This role is responsible for processing customer orders and working directly with the Automotive Tools/Automotive Equipment Sales team and end-users to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service. Job Responsibilities : * Process customer orders efficiently and accurately. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and effective order fulfillment. * Work directly with end-user customers to address inquiries and provide exceptional service regarding delivery and product needs. * Assist in managing customer concerns or issues related to post-sales service. * Ensure a seamless delivery and service process to meet customer expectations. * Apply a strong understanding of automotive tools and equipment to provide knowledgeable support to customers. * Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure customer lead times are up to date and accurate. * Coordinate with vendors to resolve after-sale service issues quickly and satisfactorily. * Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * 2+ years of experience working with automotive tools and equipment. * 2+ years of experience in a post-sales or customer service role. * Demonstrated customer focus with a problem-solving mindset. * Proven ability to work well with cross-functional teams. * Strong communication, organizational and English language skills. * Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken, preferred.
