Seeking an enthusiastic leasing agent to join our awesome property management team. We are looking for someone with the ability to interact positively with all types of people and that can be self-motivated and organized. We would love to give this job to a hard worker with a great attitude. We have a fabulous company culture and like to laugh as hard as we work! Property management experience is not necessary. However, we do like to see some longevity in previous employment on your resume - and some great customer service or administrative experience. If you are energetic, personable, organized, and want a fabulous, dynamic (never boring), fast-paced job, then this is the position for you! Duties include (but are not limited to): * Positive, helpful interaction with our leasing prospects on the phone, email/text and in person. Coordinating showings & follow-up with all prospects. * Walking prospects through the entire leasing process. * Signing leases, coordinating payments, moving tenants in, etc. * Assisting Property Manager with a variety of tasks. Requirements: * Excellent communication skills and ability to connect/interact kindly with all types of people * Strong administrative, organizational & efficiency skills as this is a fast-paced job with a lot of different moving part * Strong time management skills and the ability toContinue prioritize wisely * Ability to deal positively with a fast-paced environment and possess solid research and problem-solving skills * Professional image * Must have own car for transportation between our different properties (gas stipend given).
