The ISV Partner Relationship Manager plays a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). This position focuses on implementing impactful go-to-market strategies that generate merchants and expand processing volume. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams, the ISV Partner Relationship Manager will maximize partnership opportunities to ensure mutual success and revenue growth. * Core Responsibilities: * Establish and sustain strong relationships with ISV partners by serving as the primary contact Understand their business objectives and address concerns promptly * Collaborate with ISVs and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration processes * Develop go-to-market strategy for new partners and provide ongoing training * Regularly evaluate partner satisfaction and address any concerns promptly, implementing strategies to enhance partner loyalty and long-term commitment * Provide dedicated support, including technical assistance and account management, while monitoring and improving partner engagement using metrics such as portal activity and training completion * Utilize Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools (eg, HubSpot) to track and analyze partner performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to ISV partners * Stay informed about industry trends, share insights with stakeholders, and contribute to the product roadmap to ensure Aurora Payments' products align with market needs and partner capabilities * Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the payment industry or ISV channel * Strong understanding of payment processing technologies and ISV business models * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Proven track record in managing and growing ISV technology partner ecosystems * Experience with PRM software and data analytics tools * High urgency to launch great partnerships on ambitious timelines; hands-on experience delivering tangible business results * Experienced leading cross-functional teams in executing high-impact GTM strategy and initiatives * Sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations * Experience in a partner or customer-facing role demonstrating the ability to earn trust and identify opportunities that move the discussion forward * Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or experience in related field preferred * What we offer: * 401(K) * Paid Holidays * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance
