Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach to outbound calling and telemarketing, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service while promoting our technology solutions. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients through warm calling and telemarketing efforts. * Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. * Manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients. * Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Experience * Have a proven track record in sales (staffing/recruitment industry = big bonus!) * Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential. * A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
