Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach to outbound calling and telemarketing, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service while promoting our technology solutions.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients through warm calling and telemarketing efforts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Experience
• Have a proven track record in sales (staffing/recruitment industry = big bonus!)
• Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
