More Farm Store is looking for a highly motivated Rental Equipment Sales Representative for our Warsaw location. Established in 1913, More Farm Stores is a 4th-generation family-owned business with 5 locations in Indiana and Ohio. We are among the top dealers in the Midwest for Kubota Tractors, Construction, and Turf Equipment We are looking for a results driven rental equipment sales representative to be responsible for rental sales and overall customer service. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and create an upbeat, fun environment for customers. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in Ag or Commercial equipment sales or rental, retail store management, or on-the-road sales. Responsibilities * Assist customers in selecting the appropriate equipment for thier needs. * Explain the operation and safety procedures of rented equipment. * Inspect rental equipment for damage before and after use, noting any discrepancies. * Perform routine maintenance on rental equipment to ensure it is good working order. * Prepare and process rental contracts. * Handle customer transactions, including processing payments and deposits. * Maintain accurate records of rented equipment, including details of the transaction, customer information, and inventory status. * Coordinate equipment schedules and deliveries. * Safely load, secure, and deliver rental equipment as needed. * Coordinate with the service department for any repair or servicing needs. * Ensure the rental area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. * Meet rental sales goals. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
