We're looking for a Solar Sales Consultant to join our dynamic solar team. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, people-focused, organized, and passionate about sustainability and community engagement. *What You 'll Do Lead & Customer Management * Respond promptly to all new sales leads--same-day contact is expected * Follow a structured follow-up cadence via phone and email * Use our CRM (JobNimbus) to document all interactions and track sales progress * Generate leads through community outreach, training events, and referrals Customer Experience & Sales Process * Serve as the single point of contact for your customers * Educate customers on the solar process, financing options, and Robco mobile app * Explain and walk customers through contracts, applications, and amendments * Gather all required documentation: utility bills, HOA forms, photos, credit applications * Present proposals in person and close contracts confidently * Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey * Deliver end-of-project gifts, request online reviews, and ask for referrals Project & CRM Coordination * Attend internal project meetings to review install schedules and accounts receivable * Work closely with the operations team to finalize job design and documentation * Update all customer folders and CRM entries with relevant data and documents Financing & Payments * Explain solar financing options and assist customers with applications * Manage invoicing and ensure timely payment collection * Generate loan documents and update them as project details evolve Team Collaboration & Training * Support team members and share best practices * Assist in onboarding and training new consultants * Help develop and refine sales procedures and write SOPs Marketing & Outreach * Partner with the Marketing Team to support campaigns and generate community awareness * Help evolve the Referral Rewards program and ensure reward disbursement compliance What We 're Looking For * Proven success in solar or similar in-home consultative sales * Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and organizational skills * Strong written and verbal communication * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools * Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends as needed * High integrity and a customer-first attitude * Enthusiastic about career growth and continuous learning What We Offer * Base salary + commission * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays * Ongoing training and professional development * Supportive, team-oriented work culture * Opportunity to make a positive environmental impact Apply Today If you're ready to grow your career with a respected solar leader and help Nevada families go solar with confidence, we'd love to meet you.
