Join us, we're hiring! Come be a part of our Sales and Customer Satisfaction Team at American Rent A Car as our company continues to grow. Our mission is to provide the highest level of customer service to ensure our guest's rental process is as quick and efficient as possible. Which is why we need YOU!! SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED What you will be doing: 1. Making outbound calls to customers to confirm reservations 2. Data entry of customers basic information into the reservation (i.e. address, DL number, insurance info) 3. Verifying rental qualifications (inbound/outbound flight itinerary, insurance coverage) 4. Verifying customers insurance 5. Offering optional up-sell packages to the customer to compliment their reservation 6. Processing rental agreements and assigning vehicles to customers 7. All employees are responsible for keeping the location spotless and organized at all times. * Take out the garbage * Wipe all surfaces regularly to keep them germ and dust free * Keeping our front counter and back office clean What you will bring to the position: 1. A positive and enthusiastic attitude EVERYDAY 2. Compassion for customer care 3. A "can do" attitude 4. Customer service experience preferred 5. A will to learn and succeed 6. Strong candidates will have the ability to "think outside the box" and be solution minded and customer service oriented 7. Rental car experience is a plus 8. Storage or truck rental is a plus We are looking for strong candidates who we can promote to our management team. In order to become a manager with our company you must start off as a Rental Sales Agent. We only promote from within to this position.
