We are looking for a goal-oriented marketing liaison who: * can represent CHS in a positive image with professional integrity, * is enthusiastic in being a part of team who makes a difference in our patients' lives, * is passionate in sales and willing to go the extra mile, * can develop and maintain referral source relationships, * can coordinate a referral and convert it into home health admission, * has strong written and verbal skills with great interpersonal skills.
