Overview As a Sales Representative at Tribeca Funding, you will play a crucial role as an opener in our sales process. You will be responsible for initiating the first contact with assigned leads, setting the stage for a deeper engagement by our closers. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport with potential clients. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Engagement : Contact assigned leads through cold calling, texting, and emailing to introduce our business funding solutions. Your primary goal is to spark interest and qualify the leads based on their needs and potential for funding. * Initial Assessment : Quickly assess the needs of each business owner during your initial contact to determine how our services can best assist them. Gather key information to aid closers in their follow-up and deal closure. * Appointment Setting : Successfully set appointments for further discussions between the potential clients and our closing team. Ensure that the transition is smooth and that all necessary information is relayed accurately. * Lead Warm-up : Warm up leads by providing them with initial information about our products and services, addressing basic questions, and preparing them for a more detailed discussion with a closer. * Sales Coordination : Work closely with the closing team to ensure they have all the information needed to effectively seal the deal. This includes sharing insights from your interactions with leads that could be crucial for closing. * Performance Tracking : Maintain accurate records of your activities and outcomes in our CRM system. Regularly update lead status and provide reports to the sales management to track progress against targets.
