Aline International LLC, is a manufacturing-based kitchen cabinets wholesale company, We are looking for several regional Sales Representatives for our subsidiary company, located in Columbus, OH to expand our business capacity and meet our sales goals. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of marketing strategy, sales process, customer service and flexible work schedule with Builders, Designers, Contractors and other Wholesale Clients Responsibilities * Analyzes reginal marketing factors and makes marketing strategy and plan * Uses current marketing method such as, not limited, media, internet, etc. to develop new and potential clients * Be able to design and layout, customized cabinetry plans utilizing kitchen design software. * Performs preliminary, on-site, client visits to verify accuracy of the project's measurements * Provides all necessary order and product specifications to customer. Including but not limited to pricing, specifications, installation guidelines, suggested method of care and product warranties. * Partners with Client Services and Product Support for client issue resolution quickly and to client's satisfaction. * Assists in the presentation and maintenance of showroom merchandise to uphold brand standards and maximize sales. * Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as, not limited, daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. * Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc. * Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. * Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. * Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. * Provides historical records by maintaining records on reginal and customer sales. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
