Title: Senior Account Supervisor - Tennessee Level: Full-time exempt Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Supervisor to oversee and manage janitorial operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance, managing a team of janitorial staff, and liaising with clients to address their needs and concerns. Key Responsibilities: * Team Management : Supervise, train, and evaluate janitorial staff across assigned areas. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery. * Daily Tasks: Fill out Daily Schedule on [please apply online] Fill out Swept/Route tracker boards, fill out QC inspection boards * Biweekly calls with internal teams Client Success/Operations * Ensure all Fexa requests are completed according to the time expected * Monitor Supply Requests and work with Purchasing Department * Cover for locations when needed(emergencies and/or until a location is filled * Floors (4-6 hrs for LVT) * Post Construction Cleaning / Pre Opening Deep Cleans * Organize Closets and maintain them organized * Train subcontractors/W2's on all requirements and provide training material * Operational Oversight : Oversee daily janitorial operations to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure compliance with company policies and client specifications. * Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure consistent service excellence. Address any deviations from quality standards and take corrective actions as necessary. * Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety training for staff and ensure that all safety procedures are followed. * States to cover: Live in or near Tennessee- oversee TN, AL, GA and possibly KY * Qualifications Be able to travel Have a flexible schedule Knowledge of Cleaning Equipment Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues Problem solving skills Be proactive Education and Experience * High School diploma or equivalent. * 1-2 years experience in Janitorial industry preferably * Detail oriented. * Ability to work collaboratively with others. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Language Skills and Physical Demands * Ability to read, write and communicate in English fluently. * Ability to motivate and lead teams. * Ability to communicate in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
