Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will engage in sales, membership, services, installation, and managing your territory effectively to meet and exceed sales targets. Duties * Identify and generate leads through various channels to expand the customer base. * Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while adhering to company policies and procedures. * Manage territory effectively by planning visits, tracking sales activities, and reporting on progress. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share. * Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to management. * Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and services. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales. * English and Spanish * Experience with Quickbooks * Strong communication skills * Excellent negotiation abilities with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Familiarity with lead generation techniques and market analysis. * Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
