Now, we're expanding our team to help homeowners take their energy independence to the next level with battery storage solutions. What You'll Be Doing: * Closing high-intent deals - No cold calling! You will be working with warm leads --homeowners who already have solar and are interested in adding a battery. * Presenting and educating - You'll explain the benefits of battery storage, including energy independence, backup power, and Rocky Mountain Power's Watt Smart rebate program. * Handling pricing and contracts - You'll guide customers through the pricing, financing, and installation process, ensuring a smooth transition from interest to signed agreement. * Maximizing your earnings - With a competitive base pay of $20/hour and a high-commission structure , top closers at 1Solar take home significant earnings. What We 're Looking For: * At least 2 years of sales experience (preferably phone-based), with at least 1 year as a closer. * Solar experience is a huge plus --but if you're a strong closer, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. * A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals. * Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals efficiently. * A driven, competitive, and coachable mindset--we want top performers who are hungry to succeed.
