Duties * Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support throughout their shopping experience. * Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively. * Operate the cash register and manage transactions accurately using POS systems. * Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure shelves are stocked with merchandise according to company standards. * Supervise and train new team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. * Promote products and services through effective selling techniques, ensuring customers are informed about features and benefits. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction levels. * Assist in visual merchandising efforts to create attractive displays that drive sales.
